3. Refunds

Approved exchanges will be processed as a product exchange only, not a refund.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted, as orders may already be in processing or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
